Dr. Zayas is Board Certified Professional Counselor, (BCPC) and she holds a doctorate in counseling psychology. She is also a certified hypnotherapist and specializes in vocational and avocational self-improvement and is also a handwriting analyst. Within the field of hypnotherapy Dr. Zayas holds certifications in the following areas Hypnosis and Sports performance, Smoking Cessation, Hypnosis and Pain Management, Hypnosis for Immune Disorders, Past-Life Regression, Pre and Post Surgery Hypnosis, Healing the Inner Child with Hypnosis, Hypnosis and Transgender Clients, Hypnosis and ADD-ADHD, Hypnosis and Weight Loss, Certified in Emergency Hypnosis, Hypnosis and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Certified Specialist Trauma Recovery Hypnosis and many others. As a psychotherapist Dr. Zayas specializes in such areas as Domestic Violence, Human Sex Trafficking, Minor Sex Trafficking, Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries, Cystic Fibrosis and HIV/AIDS. She is Board Certified in Christian Counseling and is a member of the American Psychotherapy Association and American Association of Integrative Medicine and Board Certified in Integrative Medicine. She holds Diplomate status in Traumatology from the American Board of Traumatology Examiners, A member of the American Hypnosis Association, member of the Hypnotherapist's Union Local 472 and is currently a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute and is a Certified Medical Investigator. Dr. Zayas is Board Certified in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders as a Clinician from the American Psychotherapy Association. Certified Specialist Advanced Imagery and Certified Specialist Therapeutic Imagery Master, Certified Specialist Hypnosis and Tinnitus. She is also Certified as a Danger Assessment Assessor and is Licensed Domestic Violence Level VI Diplomate Status. Certified Earth Angel Reader and Certified Crystal Reader, Certified Assertiveness Coach and Certified Tarot Card Reader. She is also a Reiki Master, Crystal Healing Practitioner and a Certified Life Coach. In 2016 I was awarded the privilege of providing services to the Miami Dade County Ryan White Program and in 2018, the National Association of Forensic counselors awarded me Certifications as Certified Clinically Certified Sexual Disorders Diagnostician and Clinically Certified Human Trafficking Victim Services Provider.
